Worst Treatment

My sister and brother in-law had an accident on the 30 June 2013.MY wife and i arrive on the scene with the ambulance. On Monday OUTsurance send a really bad assessor to complete her claim. He has been asking insinuating questions that in his sense the reason for the accident was that my brother was driving. The damage on the car is beyond being repaired. It seems the assessor is trying everything to avoid a pay-out or settlement for the car. How do u ask a person who has been injured, in traumatic state, still trying to recover and get back into health question such" why are you injure on your left hand since the car roller to the right", " Did you not drink alcohol or any medication". The information is provided on the police report and lucky for us the police where on the scene when they concluded what happen. If this is OUTsurance's way of comforting people insured with them, it's really sad the only time you will get a call is when you missed a payment. All the TV and radio adverts are just all talk bunch of BULL. Get your assessor's trained properly so they know how treat affected people in an accident. I want that assessor to call me
