Other party will not assume as it affects their claim as well. 3 Witnesses appeared out of the blue phoning our claims assessor (don't know where the got her number?) stating my husband was under the influence of alcohol. We have been loyal customers to Outsurance from 2006 and not missing one instalment. Expecting them to pay for "accidents". Who makes accidents on purpose? No evidence whatsoever that he was drinking and driving. Stop false advertising to people, they bend over backwards to you even more. They spend 80% on advertising and 20% on paying out claims. The insensitive way our claim was handled by the claims assessor is horrific. Heard they receive bonuses if they don't pay out claims. Why did I pay insurance for all these years? Proof to me on black and white my husband was drinking and driving. I can also get 50 witnesses saying he did not. It is an argument he said, she said. This is just toooooo ridiculous for words
