On several occasions my husband phoned in to cancel his insurance with Regent. Every time they told him that someone will call him back to discuss this matter and will cancel the policy. They also requested him to put the cancellation request in writing. This he has also done a few times. It has now been 6 months after contacting them for the first time, but still his payment is going off his bank account. Today 09/07/2013 he tried phoning them again, but now none of the numbers work...
