I purchased a vehicle on 12 March 2013 from Diahatsu Alberton and signed and paid in cash for a 24 month bronze painttech autobody warranty underwritten by Regent Insurance Company.
On 11 September 2013 I sent a written request to Regent Insurance to cancel the warranty and refund me for the remainder of the months in terms of the signed contract Section 2 (X).
Since my written request Leandre De Wet has emailed me occasionally however nothing has happened.
It is now almost a month with no resolution to my cancellation request.
How long will it take before it is cancelled and I am paid back for the remainder which is 24 months less 6 which gives 18 months??
