After calling and filling in their onsite email form to cancel my insurance, Regent ignored my request and still passed the debit order against my bank account.
As I have a budget for the month ahead, and have not made provision for the insurance premium, it was returned by my bank. My bank has also charged me the sum of R 135 for this. I cannot understand why instructions were ignored.
I am the client, and am not getting the service I pay for.
