I am filled with tears as I write this. I am angry beyond point. I had an accident yesterday 7am while on my way to work. I called Auto&General and spoke to a guy called kelvin. Who promised to assist me but 3hrs later I was still stuck waiting for the tow truck..After calling them more than 20 times and asked to hold the line for more than 2mins only to have that person transfer you to another person who promises to call you back and never does. When I called today to give them my accident report number, a lady told me there's nothing on the system for my policy number. She also promised to find out and get back to me. I called several times today as well wanting to know of they have processed the claim but they gave me the run around like I have plague or some disease they don't wanna associate themselves with. No one plans to have an accident, I didn't wake up and planned to have it. That's why we pay insurance!!! I am supposed to get a cutesy car for the meantime and now I'm using taxis while no one is doing what they suppose to do. My so called 'broker' Baby from Oak sure is doing the same, not answering her cellphone or getting someone to answer my calls!
