This past Friday (05/07/2013) I checked on the Tiering Estimator on the UCount website that if I am tier 4 client I would get 10% back of ALL my groceries purchases at groceries Partner stores.
There was even a picture on the website that showed if you buy R1700.00 groceries at a groceries Partner store you would get R170.00 back.
I remember clearly that I inserted R2000.00 of debit card purchases and R2000.00 groceries purchases and it showed me I would get R224.00 back for these purchases. I subscribed to the UCount benefit that same Friday under the impression this will be the rewards I get.
On Monday morning (08/07/2013) when I checked it again all of a sudden I only get 10% groceries cash back of 20% of my normal debit card transactions.
Now if I enter R2000.00 on normal debit card purchases and R2000.00 on groceries purchases form groceries Partners it shows I will only get R64.00 back.
That is a 350% deviation! I was lured into subscribing to UCount with the rewards as they were described on 05/07/2013 and I would like for them to revert back to this.
I logged a call with UCount on Monday morning 08/07/2013 reference number: tracker #1831375 with absolutely no response.
