On 25 January I used my card at a Checkers Hyper store to pay for my groceries. When it got to the point where I had to pay for my groceries, my card declined. I then had to withdraw cash from an ATM to pay for my goods. Now I want my Ucount rewards points and an apology from Standard Bank for the humiliation of the declining card transactions. I have money in my account. So there was no reason for my card to decline.
