NOT WANTING TO PAY CLAIMS

Lightning strike or Power Surge Damage.
The items that were damaged in the incident were all tested and quotes / or invoices with reports were submitted to the insurance brokers PSG. (PSG were notified on the 4th December 2012).
PSG HAVE MADE ME DEAL DIRECTLY WITH HOLLARD (WHAT IS THE POINT OF A BROKER??)
From the start of the claim it has come across that Hollard has wanted to pay out as little as possible and try and find excuses NOT to pay out on the claim.
After them getting second opinions by their approved company and agreeing that 3 of the PCs must be replaced in full (which sustained the same damage as the fourth PC) they do not want to replace the entire 4th PC system. It it the entire work horse of the business and deals with all our clients data.
Numerous reports (7 reports excluding from their suppliers) have been obtained from various suppliers AND MANUFACTURERS all stating that PCs must be replaced in entirety once damaged by lightning or power surge damage.
Despite these reports - Hollard are still trying to get out of paying the claim and are now wanting to send another independent company to assess the damages to the fourth PC. HOW MANY MORE REPORTS DO THEY NEED???
