I always thought if you buy a vehicle from a dealer it would last you a long time - since you are making Dept for the next 6 years. I bought a Toyota Auris from Intertoy Britz on 02/08/2013 and have been experiencing problem after problem with the vehicle from day one. (The sales man Andre, was not honest with us about the vehicle's damages from the start) I highly dought it if the vehicle was taken for a 20 point check before they sold it to me. I only noticed both the sun visor's was torn a few days after taking delivery of the vehicle. The Radio shuttle stopped working. I discovered the windscreen water bottle is damaged after I tried to refill with water the water leaked out under the hood. The dealer is not willing to replace the radio or the sun visors - I refused to accept a repaired radio (since repairs never last). I demand other sun visor's since it was not pointed out to me before the purchase. I consulted my lawyer and was told I have an option to return the vehicle within 6 months of purchase. The dealer told me that I will be contacted by Wesbank to make the necessary arrangements. I have been waiting for Wesbank since 25/11/2013. How much longer do I have to wait?
