I ordered a xbox on th e19-11-2013, i have up to today not received any response as to it was approved. I then called FNB 03-012-2013 and i have been on the phone for 2 hours, consultants giving me the run around, no-one can help me, all they do is give you a new number to dial. All i want to know is when and if I will be getting the xbox!!! how hard can that be???
