NO SMARTPHONE FOR REFUGEES WITH FNB ACCOUNT

I am still shocked and horrified that FNB was so bold enough and not ashamed to phone me advising me that they can not give me a smart phone because I am a REFUGEE. When i read on FNB terms & conditions 2. Who qualifies to apply for a smart device from FNB? it does not say that refugee do not qualify but it states on the last point that o You must be a South African citizen or a foreign national. So why am I denied the phone as I am foreign national. SA refugees do not stay in camps and tents, they are given work permits and they also have human rights. I feel my rights as a Refugee being violated by FNB considering that I do qualify for this FNB as per Eastgate. Dot which verified my points and also FNB Credit department also verified that I have enough points to qualify. If the manager who is handling my case does not know he must hand over to his or her senior manager. I am being denied of R299 per month when one of my FNB account debit orders is R5100 per month, this does not make sense at all. I am not even black listed and my account is clean. Please FNB senoir manager have a look at this case as it has been on going since 6 June todate but i am not being helped. Please help.
