NO LUCK TO GET UNFAIR ITC LISTING SORTED

I had a FNB credit card. FNB did not inform me about the ITC listing. Even though this account was paid in full with one deposit at FNB PARK PLACE EAST on 30 April 2012 they still listed this on ITC. Now since then every time I request a report from Transunion that is listed as bad debt even though this was paid. I have tried numerous times to get this sorted. I've spend endless times in the bank, been holding for hours on end at credit card legal division (0875759432) option 3 takes you to legal department but I promise you now you can hold on the whole day and the phone just keeps on ringing. I am fed up with FNB and I've been a loyal client since 2002. I do have an attorneys letter stating this account was settled in full. Today (08 July 2013) I have phoned FNB LEGAL division again at 13:01pm, it's now 16:35pm and the phones are still just ringing. NO ONE CAN OR DONT WANT TO HELP YOU! FNB's motto is "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" (I have done quite a lot of TV adverts for FNB) in fact I think it should be " FNB, WHERE CAN WE GET HELP? " I demand this ITC listing to be removed immediately I don't know what else to do and someone MUST please get in touch with me.
