I applied for Pension Powered Home Loans. I submitted all the signed documents that were requested. My application was attended to by Prabashni Padayachee. As on the 25 June 2013 03:54 PM, I started to do a follow up by sending email to Prabashni Padayachee. As on the 26 June 2013 08:31 AM, I received an email from Prabashni Padayachee asking me to provide proof of payment for your FNB credit card. The FNB Credit Card proof of payment was scanned and emailed to her as on Thursday 27/06/2013 10:59 AM.As on the 03rd July 2013 11:29 AM, to my surprise, I received feedback from Prabashni Padayachee advised me that insufficient proof was provided for the account in default & my application was declined. What a ridiculous service is that. The Credit Card Acc is with FNB and not ABSA .*How on this democratic country can you still punish someone for something that was not committed in your territory? I am thinking of sending my dilemma to COSATU & its Alliance Partners so that they can campaign against this abuse of power by ABSA Bank. Thereafter I will print pamphlets about my dillema & distribute on all Churches, Local & Long Distance Bus, Taxi Ranks. Post my dilemma on You Tube. I will never give up
