Hello Peter, I wish this was a letter of compliment. After my letter of complaint to you about FNB last week, FNB called and emailed promising to sort the matter. I was even called by Digital Planet to arrange delivery date and times as well as to get my address in my conversation with Digital Planet they kind of mentioned that they will only be delivering the phone flip cover NOT the sim card. I then emailed FNB Premier to make them aware as i didn't want any more delays. They (FNB Premier) responded to say they will arrange the sim be delivered together with the device. Yesterday (08/07/13) i got the delivery but it was just the phone cover NO sim. I then took it upon myself again to email FNB Premier to tell them of what happened but they didn't bother to respond to me hence this letter to you again. What is frustrating is the way they treat customer and make promises and they don't have full follow-up. i mean i have been trying on my side but they just don't care about their customers. Maybe they should send the car to collect the phone as i don't know how am i suppose to use a phone without a SIM card!
