When a claim was put in for been hospitalized we waited the 7 to 14 working days it requires. The money was paid out but only half of the amount (we did have this problem before). So I phoned the call centre where I was told to submit a letter with a copy of the policy. After 5 working days there was no reaction not even a reply on the email I sent them. So I phone the call centre; I am told I have to wait 7 working days before the complaint is even registered on their system, I can't even be told if my email was received or not. How am I suppose to know what is being done about the situation or do I have to wait 14 working day every time they don't keep to the policy sold to me.
