FNB robs you with swipe purchases

Good day,

My complaint is about FNB Swipe purchases. It seems that one is actually paying twice for the same purchase all the time. I recently went to a restaurant, swiped for an amount, which was deducted off my available balance, days later the same amount is deducted as "payments" decreasing my available balance again? This is not the first time it's happening. The previous occasions I didn't keep my notifications, this time around I did. I went into a branch to query and the person just said its normal for payments to go off and when I asked why does it go off twice she said call the call centre??? I was like what the?? You work at the bank.

This is like FNB rob clients daily, and now it's time for me to move my business account from them to a bank who doesn't take your money twice. This is unacceptable from the apparent leading bank.
