I called the Unlimited member hotline 0861 990000 to cancel my double deal membership as i havent used this facility in many months and was transferred to the most polite, understanding and efficient call centre agent - Rose who not only explained the benefits of the double deal but has taken the time to advise me on another membership i have which is the 24 hour assist. i now have a clearer understanding as to what the benfits are. I DECIDED TO KEEP THE MEMBERSHIPS. the most amazing part is that Rose has never sounded irritated or in a hurry to take another call. she has given me personal attention unlike other call centre agent who calls to sell or offer a product to you. they always in a hurry and most of the time NEVER take the time to explain all of the benefits. I've yet to come across someone as friendly, humble, patient and professional as Rose. Rose's efficiency and was beyond my expectation.
