I discovered a problem on one of our files on Friday. I was at witsend trying to call your call centre because i couldn't get answer. I was so worried my clients bike would be taken. I then took a shortcut and phoned Isay Daniels - I know from previous experience that she's one in a million and feedback is almost instant.

I am so delighted with the service received by Isay Daniels. She must have heard me calling again and speaking to someone on the same issue with no joy. She immediately took the request over and looked into my matter. A matter which did not even fall within her scope of work.

It is because of employees such as Isay Daniels that we are able to solve matters quickly and efficiently. She realizes that as a debt review industry we are here to help the clients to the best of our ability.

She went out of her way to assist in this matter and Wesbank have advised this morning that they will accept the proposal forwarded to your offices. She is definitely an asset to Wesbank and I hope her hard work, devotion and dedication does not go unnoticed.
