Very bad services from FNB

I do not understand the way FNB treat customers and their motto is how can we help you? No calls has come from fnb to me and my credit card has been closed without me been inform and I have been come to their branch in Claremont and help from their side. The last time I was here to complain and received an sms that someone will contact me and no one has call me. Please someone tell me why this bank said how can we help you. Very bad customer service from fnb. I am seating here now in their branch and no person can help me.
