So.. this is my 3rd complaint and still i haven't received any assistance!!!
i just returned from the century city branch and that was a waste of time!
the consultant at the branch transferred a call to me, on the other side of the line i was speaking to a consultant within the department.and he actually blatantly told me that i would not get my money back and then conveniently my call got cut!!!
it is nearly R2000 that was taken from my salary and i would like my money back!
if no one contacts me by cob today, i will be taking matters further!
