FNB Discriminates!!!

Continues from my original report 02/07/2013 - FNB NOW REFUSES CREDIT CARD APPLICATION because I'm on MATERNITY LEAVE!
THE FACTS:
My leave status was disclosed with my original application at the Germiston branch 23 May. There has been NO CHANGES TO MY SALARY PACKAGE since then. I was offered PLATINUM STATUS for both CREDIT CARD and CHEQUE accounts
I am STILL PERMANENTLY EMPLOYED at Hollard -not some unknown company
I have NEVER DEFAULTED ON ANY PAYMENT / NEVER BEEN BLACKLISTED etc
I received a Platinum Cheque card.
FNB requested updated bank statements payslip. FNB delays the process and requests updated information???!!! The requested information was sent to FNB.
FNB then offers a GOLD credit card on 1 June with no satisfactory explanation regarding the differing statuses between accounts.
FNB DELAYS YET AGAIN and calls 1 WEEK LATER yesterday, at 3:55pm. "Ntombi" states that FNB can not offer me a credit card as I'm on MATERNITY LEAVE!!!

FNB is completely useless. Don't bother calling. I never speak to the same person. There's always some clueless person on the other end of the line who has no answers, authority or decision making capabilities! I'm moving my business today!
