I made my final payment on the account on the 21st of May 2013 and even received a sms stating that the payment was received, but almost two months later I get a credit report stating that my RCS account is 8 months overdue!! It's funny how they always tell us that if you don't pay it affects your credit score negatively, but when when you do pay, they you over anyway!!! This is not the first time I've had trouble with RCS, I would like this matter resolved so I can get them out of my life and use financial institutions that actually keep to their word.
