Discovery, particularly Discover Card, does not care about service delivery at all. I have had numerous problems:
o Had to change my account details 3 times - still they bill the wrong one (Vitality)
o Had to send through documents for application more than once
o Failure to deliver card on scheduled dates
o Poor and unprofessional correspondence
I'm currently a member of Discovery Life, Discovery Health and Discovery Card... at this rate, not for long..
