I have funeral policy with old mutual since 2008 and the money was till 25/02 2013, went to old mutual acardia (Pretoria) 0n the 25/02 2013 to surrender my funeral policy due to some financial difficulty lately and i havent claim from that policy i believe that i have to receive a refund. on the 06/03/2013 i made a call to acardia branch and spoke to Bongi and he told me that i dont qualiffy for refund even if i havent claim. i have been paying for this policy since 2008 and wont receive nothing. old mutual doesnt easy life but make life more difficult
