Incorrect debit from my savings

I changed my bank, i now get paid tru Absa, but you guys have now debited from my capitec account which is intended for my savings. worse of all you debited money thats from SARS, and debited on the 5th. I need my money back as i clearly stated that i do not want you to debit from Capitec anymore. I need my money back today... or i will even stop the payment at absa and just go on and make a stop order as you guys do not know where and when to debit
