Urgent metters not taken into considaretion

I was at the Mitchells plain branch today and requeste a new card for my cheque account. I have advised the consultant in the Branch if she can speed up the process as I will be out of the Town for few months. She advised she will try, I then called your call centre and spoke to a unfriendly consultant who advised that she cant speed the processes it is normal time to take 5-7 working and nothing can be done. I was shocked of the service received, would you guys rather loose the customer cause i was atleast asking if the card can be in the Branch by 5th day or 6th day as on the seveth day wont be in Cape Town, will be out of south africa aswell.
