I recently took out a contract on the Samsung Galaxy S3. The brochure stated 100 minutes, 100 sms and 100 MB data per month with 300MB free data once off.
Today, on receiving my data I only received 100MB. I went to the Cell C branch and enquired about this. Shaneez, the lady that helped me with the contract, casually told me that the free data was for the Note 2 phone. She then said that the ads in the pamphlet are read top to bottom and not left to right. Considering that the S3 and Note 2 look almost identical in the pamphlet and that NO HUMAN IN MODERN SOCIETY READS TOP TO BOTTOM! I view this as false advertising!
Cell C I WANT MY DATA and an apology. The way you do business and treat your customers is disgusting!!
