First National Bank
No communication from bank

After a month or more of battling to get my new credit card (old one expires tonight) and then being promised by the credit card division that the branch will contact me. I have still not had a call. I am now extremely disappointed in the service or should I say non-service that I have received from the bank! I would appreciate it if someone from the bank could contact me urgently so that I can explain my predicament.
