Good Morning,

Unfortunately I have a huge complaint

after spending an hour on the phone with your help desk they put the phone down on me without a resolution.

I noticed that my account had been debited R362.10 even though my payments are meant to be R139.00

When i called the helpdesk lady gave me a whole story of how my November payment bounced and my December payment bounced and a whole lot of nonsense and then when they credited me, what I had double paid, they credited me more than what they should have,
After going through my account over the past nine months, what i was told happened is not the truth

Now I am being told that I have been debited IN MAY an extra R228.10 because I should not have been refunded the entire R529.00
Please explain to me than why I would have had to pay roughly seven hundred rand in a month because the previous month had bounced???
Then I would like to know why if this mistake made ANY sensewould I not have been contacted and it been resolved IMMEDIATELY

You have absolutely no right to debit any amount that you feel is correct from my account whenever you feel like it!!!

and my email of the 3rd has still not been responded to???
