On the 5 May I ask for road side assistance, and my car was towed to the garage and was told to book an accommodation and the insurance company was going to refund me. I did book an accommodation and emailed the proof of payment to them on the 2 June. on the4 June Peggy Moime confirmed that they received my proof of payment and someone from the relevant department will contact me. Since then I haven't had from them.

On the 10 July I sent them an email again reminding them that I am still waiting for their call, Azeezah Vallie responded saying that she spoke with Nombuso khanyene and she is going to phone me, I waited again. This morning 15 July I sent them another email again I haven't receive any response.

I don't know what's taking them so long to pay me back or to phone me, its been two months now waiting for their feedback.
