On the 30th June 2013, my car broke down and it needed to be towed. I called the Road Assist line and i was assisted promptly by one of your call centre ladies. The tow truck arrived within an hour and i was towed to the nearest safe place. I needed accommodation and the lady i spoke to informed me that i can book a place to sleep and claim it back from the insurance. I managed to get accommodation and claimed from the insurance. Tricia Bridge and Nombuso Khanyene were quite helpful with the claim and emailed me proof of payment from the insurance company. I must say i am very pleased with the FFW Insurance and I will recommend it to ALL my friends because of their speedily service. Thank you so much for your help.
