I'm thinking of changing banks

Last week and tuesday a R179 was deducted from my account, i foned the call centre immediately and they said it was the loyalty fee for the greenbacks account. I told them last year when they foned me they sed i could try greenbacks out for a year and then they would call me back to hear if im happy with it or if they must cancel it. No call was made to me and here i see an amount of R179 was deducted from my account. They told me it will take 2 working days for my money to be paid back to me and on friday no money was reflecting in my account and the consultant told me it should show by 12:00 the friday nite.
Today i came to work checked on my internet banking and no money is in my account i need to use that money so what am i suppose to do now, everytime i have to use my works time and telephone to call Nedbank
What am i suppose to do now without that money. I cant believe that nedbank would to me i am digusted with this bank.
