We were pre-approved online by Nedbank home loans on the 7th July.it is now the 14th August. We have been passed from person to person and are no closer to approval. they have lost our paperwork and we now need to start from scratch. No one calls you back and when you complain to someone higher up, they call you back with attitude and arrogance. shocking service and their adverts on the radio are completely overrated as they cannot even process an application! they should stop trying to compete with FNB's marketing campaign and rather focus on training their staff. they have posters on every street light claiming home loan approval in minutes!! what a complete joke Nedbank!!
