I did buy a KIC fridge form Game Store in November 2011. It was working fine untill a few weeks ago it started making strange noices, ext. I did report it to Game and they loged a call at KIC (Whirlpool) on the Monday 2 September and ref nr was end to me and it was mentioned that if I did not get any feedback after 8 working hours I must phone them. On Tuesday in the afternoon I did not hear anything, there's been told to me that it will take 24 / 48 hours before a technition will phone me. On Wednesday in the after noon no one phoned me, when I phoned them they said so me that the technition will phone me know. After an hour none phoned me and I phoned them again, they said that the technition is coming to Lephalale on Saterday 6 September and he will phone me when he is in town. No one can give me a straith answer and I cannot wait so long to get a responce from them. Untill 5 September I haven't got any feedback from them, still waiting. The fridge is still not working correctly, no technition phoned me, ext. I will never use them again.
