Efusal of covering damaged ca

I submitted a claim about my car after being involved in an accident. and the said company has refused to cover my car saying the fault with me as the accident was due to a mechanical fault. this was my first claim with the said insurer. i have been paying the insuranbce company for almost two years nopw with no claim being made and this was my first time claiming.

I am being made to cover the costs out of my own pocket.
