Unbelievable service

On 6 July, my partner and I had a number of documents to obtain from the bank for a visa application, and having been met with unhelpfulness and aggression at the Strijdom Park branch, we decided to try Cresta.

Initially things were not smooth -- we queued for ages and were passed from pillar to post -- but we eventually made our way to see the manager, Thomas Nkuna, and could not believe the level of service he offered.

He was unbelievably helpful, obliging, friendly, and prepared to help us solve our problems in any way he could.By the time we got to see him, we were extremely annoyed, but after a morning of frustration we left smiling. We cannot praise him enough.
