I have 3 cars, a quad bike and 2 house holds insured with you people and have never claimed. This is how you treat me. You take off a double payment then have to beg to get the money back. You acknowledge it was your fault but dont want to pay it back. You say it has been paid in. Trust me, i have checked my bank balance and it has not. You a bunch of theives. Its been 10 days since you took the money. I hope the public reading this will now understand and are able to see the insurance company you people really are.
