Mtual and Fedral illegaly took money out of my ban

I canceled my short term insurance with the company. They acknowledged and send me a CANCELLATION ENDORSEMENT. That same day they have taken an amount from my bank. I phoned their offices. I phoned them telling them about my problem. They lady assure me that in 5 days time this amount will be credited back in my account. I asked her three times if I must not fill in a form where I can be sure that this will happen. Three days later. today and Mutual and Federal has again taken another amount out of my account without my consent, after I am not a member of them anymore. They has so far taken double the amount out of my account after I cancelled membership with them. I have their Proof of CANCELLATION ENDORSEMENT with me and they still take out money of my bank. I do not have enough money now in my bank to pay my house tomorrow with my Bank. Mtual and Feral left me in a crisis with their bad admin management
