On saturday 2013-09-28 i went to bike hospital to go and look for a brake cylinder for my quad bike they found one on a stripped quad bike and then i bought it for R350. I went home and i wanted to fit the brake cylinder finding it is also broken and then i phoned petrus at bike hospital and he said i can bring it back on monday and when i took it back today on 2013-09-30 petrus told me i can not get my money back i have to take something in the shop for the same value but i didnt want something i wanted my money back to go and buy another one at another bike shop.
I think this is really bad of the company to do business like that because they sold me a broken item and dont want to take it back and give my money back, i will never go there again and i wont advise my friend to go there because of the very very very poor service.
