Please can someone from FNB Insurance assist me with my claim.
I phoned in several times, was put on hold for 20mins at a time and no one tends to return my calls.
The claim has been submitted well over a month now.

We are paying clients that have been with the company for many years, and we have a few cars insured with FNB Brokers.
This is poor customer service.
Please settle this claim by the end of this week.
