Lack of communication and INCOMPETENCE

My car got bumped by a guy that has an car insurance policy with Zurich. This happened on the 22/04/2013 and it's now July. Innitially I was told by Leandri who is a broker for this insurance that for a third party claim I must go to an assessor in Bryanston. went there did an assessment and was told that after 2 working days, an insurance will contatct me. They didn't. I called an insurance and they said they never got any documents. I must get 3 different qoutes on the damages of the car. I did that. Between May and now, i have been calling them, making follow ups as to what is happening with the claim. each time I speak to them, i get sent fro peter to post! Eventually my husband contacted them and they sent the form that required my banking details. On that form they said that they only approve R15000.00 of which the cheapest quote i got was R 28000.00. asked them why was that, i was told that they only consider what their assessors give to them. My problem is why did I have to drive around getting qoutes if they were not going to use them?!
