2 Months to resolve cash back Ref No - 2851725245

I have been querying why I have not received my healthy cash back for the past 5 months, the query is yet to be resolved. Been told numerous times its being sorted but its the 5th July and still nothing. Please train your staff properly on how to resolve the matter more speedily. I keep having to call in to see the progress and having to start over again.
