Disappointed former-Discovery/Vitality "activist":
Discovery/Vitality is in breach of contract for non-payment of WW Cash Back that I am entitled to since 16/03. I've been struggling since 15/06 to resolve the issue, but with no success & many empty promises:
- Discovery incorrectly activated my husband's credit card for WW benefit on 16/03, instead of mine, which we indicated should be activated
- I called mid April to ensure that the correct card was 100% activated & benefit is active: Affirmative
- I changed my shopping habits to ensure max benefit
- Since 16/03, I have not received any of the cash backs
- Multiple fruitless calls to previously-competent call centre
- They even advised that I should supply all my till slips for all purchases since 16/03, which is totally unreasonable
- At the beginning of July, they said the matter is resolved, & the funds will be paid to me at the beginning of Aug
- With the Aug payment, funds unpaid
- Lodged another query on 08/08, & am still awaiting useful feedback
Just because the company is a corporate giant, does not mean they can act in such an unethical & seemingly dishonest way. Please resolve in 3 days, as promised! Thanks, Rene
