Only to find on my statement of the month of May that Initial Charges has been added to my accounts. Trying to phone, but no success. Holding on a telephone line for about 20 minutes at a time without any response. Sending emails, in which they say that they will respond within i working day, which is also a lie, because they did not even responded within 48 hours yet. Struggling to get hold of them, only to get answers.
