Called Aircon Repairs Shaun on 0724199248 and Shaun said a technician will call me. Chris Burger called me and made an appointment to come repair my Freezer on 7 May 2013. After I was charged R1100 for a regas and a unblock and regas plus given a Guarantee for 1 year. Two days later the same problem with the freezer with the alarm on. Called Chris again. After another R910 and a brand new part installed the problem persisted. Called Chris on Friday morning to inform him the alarm is on again. Chris came to inspect and promised to return on Monday to make the repairs as I was already R2010 out of pocket and still no result. Monday Chris was a no show. I called his office and spoke to Shaun who sms'ed me that he will contact me as soon as he got hold of Chris. Called Chris again on 10 May at 08:30 and he promised to fix problem same morning. 13:00 still no technician so I called Chris. Very bad attitude when asked why he is not keeping appointments. Promised refund. Still no refund. Guarantee worthless. No reply from voice messages left on Shaun's phone. Also taking this the court now.
