I joined amazing vouchers in 2008 and since I have not been able to use their services a lot since they don't offer much at the area where I'm situated. In 2013/06/07 I send them an email requesting that they cancel my membership, immediately I received an email from the client admin assistant that it has been escalated to the relevant dept. But 3 days later still nothing I then sent another email asking when they will do it and I was told on that very day 2013/06/10. Then on 20th I sent another email requesting for an update, a client relations consultant responded the next day with a letter that the cancellation will only be done after they have billed me for July as well, which I don't understand why since I had paid for June and not used their vouchers and requested that they cancel beginning of June. 23rd I asked them to explain further and there was no response, the July payment has gone through but the account is still active so I sent another email today 2013/07/01 and I still get a response that they sent my query through to the relevant department.
