NO ANSWER AFET NEARLY 6 HOURS OF HOLDING

ABSA's FOREX services are DISGUSTING!!! between my mother my gran and myself we have been on hold for nearly 6 hours (completely finishing all our airtime). Then we went ot a branch today and they were no help either! this is ridiculous! MY 82 year old gran is waiting on money for her birthday from her Daughter in Australia..We recieved the sms from absa saying to phone the number to release the money (REF 16201551) WE HAVE STILL NOT BEEN HELPED!!! i am currently still on hold!
