On 09 May I called the call center and asked them to return an unauthorized debit order on my account. They responded in saying that it will be reversed in 24 hours. To date this has not happened. It is clear that Standard Bank does not protect their clients interest and money. Not safe to Bank with them. They do not keep to commitments made to clients. I will not hesitate to escalate the matter directly Standard Bank Directors if not resolved by COB Monday 20 April. Call Centre ref number 38320803
