I RECENTLY SWITCHED TO FNB FOR THE S4 DEAL-IT TOOK OVER 2 WEEKS FOR THE DEVICE TO BE DELIVERED AND MY CHEQUE HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED AS THEY INPUT MY ID NUMBER INCORRECTLY.I RECEIEVED THE DEVICE LAST WEEK TUESDAY WITHOUT THE CELL C SIM OR CONNECTION PACK, I THEN SOENT AN HOUR ON THE PHONE LOGGING A CALL TO THE CALL CENTRE AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD RECIEVE FEEDBACK ON THE DELIVERY OF MY SIM IN 3 DAYS-NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME AND I HAVE SENT COUNTLESS MAILS AND LOGGED SEVERAL CALLS-I WILL PROBABLY BE BILLED FOR A FULL MONTH ON THE CONTRACT BUT CANNOT EVEN USE THE DEVICE AS IT USES A NANO SIM CARD.VERY SORRY THAT I SWITCHED AT THIS POINT.SO MUCH FOR HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?
